One night stay only due to location in heart of koreatown. Will not stay again. The hallways and room are all concrete walls, unfinished. Looks tacky and extremely cheap. Floor is an old carpet. The lights in the room are super dark, strange. Lamp leans. Looks like a 11 year old designed it, with random Knick knacks strewn around. Completely useless. Feng shui is worst I’ve seen. Bathroom is fine, a bit small but no complaints. Lobby is nice. Valet too. Just the hard product of the room is so bad, would never stay again unless they gutted it and redid it entirely. Seriously, don’t go…

Staff is quite friendly and welcoming. Central location convenient within K-town and short 15 minute drive to downtown. Mid century brutalist interior design. Alfred’s coffee in the lobby, nice terrace restaurant on 2nd floor. Rooms are comfy and have fully stocked mini-fridge, snacks, dryer, iron/board, safe, space to hang and stack clothes. Windows don’t control outdoor noise very well (nightlife and nearby construction), but pillows work well as sound mufflers! Car park is valet only, about US$50 per night. Will likely return.

Watch out for the hidden fees, including a resort fee for K-town lol. Hip ambience, nice nightlife. Stayed in the karaoke room which was nicely done. But, the nickel and dining ridiculous greedy fees ended up tainting things. Check out their outdoor brunch which is great.

This is a classic hotel of style over comfort. The signage is not great. The ac in the bedroom did not work and with single glass windows it was cold. The front desk agent was smoking as he checked me in. The coffee shop is okay and the hotel is okay. Stay if it’s not expensive only

Subpar Internet with spotty speed. Room, cleanliness, and public area clearances could be improved. Deceiving amenity fee with little to no value to the guest experience. No information about the amenity fee was given a check, it’s clear why. Will probably not stay here again. 35 minutes. Wait for valet parking at $50 per night simply unacceptable.

Where do I start stayed here as a stay over before getting on a cruise. This was a very noisy Hotel, the noisiest hotel I’ve have stayed in . Awakened by some sort of protest at 7am Also traffic all night a problem. Mentioned this to front desk and all they wanted to do was charge me another 40 dollars to move rooms to the back They will charge you for amenities of 35.00 per night see photos to explain what they are and it’s a total ripoff Charge for shampoo towels really? Tai chi that I never used they never mentioned This on signing in. Wish I looked up this hotel on trip advisor before coming. What’s worse is I had the reservation for two nights when I returned from my cruise and had it all over again, including charges. Total sham. Rooms like prisons Safe didn’t work And charging points missing. Photo proof.

Terrible customer service front desk people. Completely dumbfounded at the fact we rented 2 rooms to stay in and they couldn’t give us grace period longer than the noon check out time….as our son is not feeling well this morning and we didn’t want to rush to wake him up and get him out….. the hotel wants to charge us $75 to stay until 1pm.!!! $75 per room!! Checkout out time is at Noon-12:30…. Overpriced food, parking, etc. had they been kind enough to extend until 2 or 3 for $75 total that would have been fine but not after having paid over $150 for breakfast, $50+ for parking, $50 plus for a couple drinks….don’t waste your money or time with snooty hotels like this and the furniture in the lobby is disgustingly dirty! Need to get that cleaned too.

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel, for work reasons not my personal choice. Honestly it has the worst customer service I have encountered in a very long time. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and the Line LA is one of the worst. The front desk staff, especially Alex, have an extremely cold attitude. When we were dealing with a booking mistake crisis, quit promptly in the middle of the discussion he states “Im going on lunch”. Zero feelings and support for my colleague who had just travelled 36 hours around the world and is naturally exhausted. Alex has this vacant stare in his eyes, it is eerie and unsettling to say the least. The mini bar in the room does not have a kettle, so forget about making your own coffee in the morning. You need to get up and changed to get a $7 coffee from downstairs. FYI its pretty standard to have a kettle in your hotel room. The mini bar is stocked with 80% alcohol. A bit extreme, how about some coffee and milk? Every morning during our stay, other staff members were protested outside with signs, music and an air horn. Waking jetlagged customers up at 7am. Once they had finished protesting, they promptly got changed and started their shift. The Line LA hotel DID NOT ONCE apologize for this, when I called downstairs to ask what was going on, they said “deal with it”. The hotel needs to invest in double glazing the windows as it is extremely noisy. They charge you $30 to purchase international adapter plugs! Of course the room comes with no international plug features. Breakfast is not included, you need to order room service and it is expensive. No benches outside to sit on while you wait for your Uber or taxi. $70 per day to park a car in the basement (outrageous).

Do not stay here unless you want to be woken up by airhorns from protestors at 7am! Workers have been on strike for FOUR MONTHS at this hotel, and the Line doesn’t inform guests prior to arriving. If you want to cancel because of the noise you will not be refunded. Don’t fall for this scam hotel!

The management at this hotel are crooks. I’ve never in my life been ripped off so bad . Just an example, I had lunch at the pool, they separated the bill after I paid so that they could individually charge an amenity fee $30 plus tax $4.35 for each individual item on the receipt . They also did this for each item I took from the mini bar. I’ve never paid this much for a hotel, I might as well have stayed at the Ritz Carlton or another 5 star hotel for this price. When I asked management to explain the charges they couldn’t but went on to make up another charge for $100 and threatened to steal more money from me, I can’t make this up, and I know its hard to believe but I am not exaggerating. I am contacting LAPD and and looking into how I can hold these crooks accountable for their crimes as I’ve never dealt with this from a hotel. Also the hotel employs prostituites and has them patrol the halls and harass customers. I have proof of this as well. AVOID , NEVER STAY HERE!!
