Helpful Hints for Navigating Jetsetter

Log in on time

Sales start at 3PM EDT unless otherwise noted on the homepage. We suggest signing up for our pre-sale email so that you're sure not to miss anything. Given that we have limited inventory, some rooms sell out quickly. Everything is sold on a first come, first served basis.

Be efficient

Our weekly emails announce the general parameters of upcoming sales allowing you to coordinate in advance with your friends and family. It's helpful to check for flights in advance since Jetsetter offers do not include airfare.

Once you have selected the offer that works for you and placed it in your cart it will remain there for 10 minutes. The clock within your shopping cart displays how much time remains before other members may purchase the items in your cart. Time is of the essence!

Use the Hold feature

If you need a few more days to commit to a travel offer, we've made it easy for you. Use the Hold feature to reserve inventory for the days you want. Pay 10% of the trip price, and you'll have an additional 72 hours after the end of the sale to decide whether or not to book. If you make a purchase, the 10% is applied to your travel. If you decide not to make a purchase, the money is returned to you as a credit good for future travel purchases on Jetsetter.com.

Use the Wait List

Sometimes inventory you are interested in will be in another member’s cart or will be sold out. Our Wait List function allows you to wait for the exact trip you are interested in purchasing. If it becomes available during the sale or after the sale, we will notify you. Remember, messages will be sent to ALL Jetsetter members on the Wait List for those dates. Complete your purchase quickly to make sure you get what you want.

Earn free credit

Invite friends to join Jetsetter and you'll earn credits for your account. When a friend you invite makes their first purchase on Jetsetter.com, you'll receive a $25 credit. This applies to new Jetsetter/Gilt members; friends who are already Gilt members can't qualify you for the credit.

Use an up-to-date Web browser

Remember your password

Please make a note to remember your password. Because jetsetter is an invitation-only website, your password is essential for log in. Remember, your Gilt password also gets you access to jetsetter. If you forget your password, you can email support@jetsetter.com for help.

Avoid premium dates if possible

Premium dates are indicated on the calendar by a small tick mark in the lower right hand corner of a particular date. For the lowest possible fare, select available dates (marked all in orange) without that tick mark.

Take us to task

This is the Jetsetter challenge. We work hard to deliver the best available rates online for our sales. Try us! Search online for a similar rate during the sale period. You won't find it anywhere else. If by some crazy chance you do, we want to know. Please email us at support@jetsetter.com.
